Do you provide a laminate floor fitting service?


We want your new flooring to look perfect and you to be fully satisfied with the product and installation. This is the main reason why we don’t provide a fitting service for our products nationwide. We obviously couldn’t recommend or guarantee the quality of someones work that we hadn’t seen first-hand. We always advise customers to use a good local joiner or handyman who either yourself, friends or family have used in the past to good effect. This way we can all be certain that your job will be completed to the highest standards.

 


Do you have a showroom i can visit?


Of course you are welcome to visit us! We have a showroom in Northern Ireland, based on Seymour Street in Ballymoney, County Antrim. Here you can view our full range, although not all of our stock is held on the premises. We would ask that you contact us beforehand, if you plan to purchase and collect goods during your visit.

 


What about security of my card details?


We take online security extremely seriously and are committed to making shopping with us as secure as possible. All transactions and payments are processed directly by SagePay or Paypal. How this works during the payment process is that you are taken to the super secure SagePay or Paypal websites to enter your payment details. They then process your payment securely, as they do for millions of other customers each day.
Is there another way i can pay without submitting my card details online?
If you feel you do not want to input your card details online you can still proceed with your order by calling our sales team with your order on 0844 567 3236. We will be glad to process and confirm the order for you.

 


How much does delivery cost?


For much of the UK & Ireland we operate a fixed Standard Delivery charge of just £39.99 (including VAT). However, we do have a surcharge of £40 for delivery to exotic and far-flung places, like the Scottish Highlands. The postcodes which will incur this surcharge are TR, PA, AB, IV, and KW. 
Currently we offering Free Delivery on orders over £399 (excluding VAT) however this promotion is still subject to the £40 surcharges for postcodes listed above.

 

 

When should i expect delivery?


Most orders are dispatched from stock within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our standard delivery service takes up to 48 hours once the order has been dispatched. So normal lead time from order to delivery is 3-4 days excluding weekends.
What happens if my order is not in stock?
In the unlikely event that we don’t have sufficient stock or if there is any other issues regarding your order we will notify you within 24 hours, but usually much sooner during working hours, excluding weekends. You will then be offered the choice of cancelling your order for a full refund or waiting until the date the product will come back into stock.

 

 

What if the order arrives and some of the goods are damaged?


While our couriers have been selected based on service and quality control, things can go wrong on rare occasions. It is extremely important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods on arrival. No claim with regards to damaged items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address, unless the product has been signed for as ‘damaged on delivery’. We will then make further arrangements with you to replace the damaged goods at the earliest possible date. Can i cancel or return my order?


We can easily cancel or amend your order at any time up until the goods have been dispatched by us. If you need to cancel or amend your order you can contact us by email: orders@laminatewoodenflooring.com or telephone: 0844 567 3236.
After your order has been dispatched you still have the right to cancel your order, up to 14 days after you have received the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
